For small powersports & auto dealers
Your next buyer messaged at 11:47 pm.
SoldIQ is an AI response assistant for dealerships whose leads arrive through Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, lead ads and text. It drafts the reply against your real inventory, a salesperson approves it, and once the buyer shares a phone number the conversation keeps moving on its own — inside the rules, around the clock.
We onboard one dealership at a time, with a person on the phone for the first week. SoldIQ is early — we would rather have five dealers who love it than fifty who tolerate it.

Every way a buyer reaches you
- Facebook Marketplace
- Messenger
- Lead ads
- SMS
- ADF feeds
Marketplace and personal Messenger are draft-only, permanently. Pages, Instagram and lead ads run on Meta's official APIs. Text is where the conversation is allowed to run on its own.
The actual problem
Speed decides who sells the unit, and nobody is awake at midnight.
It's a race, not a lead
A buyer who messages about a used side-by-side messaged everyone else with a similar one in the same five minutes. Whoever answers first is the one who gets to ask the questions, name the price and set the appointment. Everybody else is negotiating against a decision that's already been made.
The messages don't come during business hours
They come at 11 pm on a Sunday, from a phone, three words long: "still available?" By the time the shop opens Monday the thread is twelve hours cold, and the buyer has already been to see something else.
One salesperson can't hold forty threads
Forty open conversations, most of them tire-kickers, a few of them real. By Wednesday nobody remembers who was getting financing, who wanted the trailer included, or who said they'd come Saturday. The good ones get buried, not lost on purpose.
How it works
Three moves. A human is in the loop for the first one, permanently.
-
Draft
The extension writes the reply. A human sends it.
Highlight the buyer's message, right-click, and SoldIQ drafts against your actual inventory, hours and playbook — then puts it on your clipboard. You read it, change what you want, and send it yourself.
We never auto-post from a personal account. The extension doesn't read your inbox on its own and never types into Facebook. That is a hard rule, not a setting.
-
Capture
One right-click moves the buyer to text.
When the buyer shares a number, capture it from the thread. SoldIQ records the consent with the evidence — what was said, when, and in what words — creates the lead, and queues the first text for the morning.
A number a salesperson pulled out of a Messenger thread is recorded differently from a submitted lead-ad form, because they are not the same thing.
-
Keep going
Texting runs 24/7, inside legal hours.
From there the conversation keeps moving on its own: answering questions, offering times, booking the appointment, sending the reminders. Anything sensitive — credit, complaints, an angry buyer, a question it isn't sure about — becomes a task with an email to a named person.
Take over any thread and the AI steps back until the buyer writes again. Never on a timer alone.
What the product actually does
Four things that are true on every thread.
- SPEED Replies drafted in seconds Written against the unit in front of the buyer, in your shop's voice, not a template.
- HOURS Texts only 9am–8pm in the buyer's own timezone Proactive messages outside those hours are rescheduled, never dropped. A reply to a buyer who just wrote goes out when they wrote.
- OPT-OUT STOP honored instantly, on every channel Honored at the carrier and mirrored into our database in the same moment. A STOP typed into Messenger suppresses SMS too.
- PRICES Quoted only from your inventory, never invented If the answer isn't in your records, SoldIQ says so and hands the thread to a person.
The product
One screen for what needs a person. One for the whole floor.
The dashboard is where a salesperson starts the day. The wall board goes on a screen in the sales office, so the number nobody wants to see is the number everybody can see.

First name and unit only. No phone numbers reach this screen, ever. It runs on a key-gated URL with no login, because a TV in the sales office can't hold one.
An illustration of the two screens, drawn to scale. The dealership, the names and the units are fictional.
How we're built
Boring about the rules, on purpose.
Most of the risk in automated messaging isn't technical — it's a dealership losing its Facebook account or its ability to text. These are the constraints we designed around before we wrote the product.
Consent is a record, not a checkbox
Every lead carries its own consent history: what happened, when, and in what words. A number a salesperson pulled out of a Messenger thread is recorded differently from a submitted lead-ad form, because they are not the same thing. STOP and START land on the same trail.
Quiet hours, enforced in exactly one place
Every outbound text passes a single gate: consent on file, no opt-out, inside 9 am – 8 pm in the buyer's own time zone, under the per-lead daily cap, and written to an audit log. Proactive messages outside those hours are rescheduled, never dropped. A reply to a buyer who just wrote goes out when they wrote.
Opt-out is instant, and it crosses channels
STOP is honored at the carrier and mirrored into our database in the same moment, so nothing downstream can queue another message. A STOP typed into Messenger suppresses SMS too — and a prior opt-out blocks even the first text until the buyer explicitly starts again.
The AI doesn't guess at prices
Availability, stock numbers and pricing come from the dealership's own inventory records. If the answer isn't there, SoldIQ says so and hands the thread to a person. It won't invent a number, a trade value or a financing approval, and it won't take instructions from the text a buyer sends it.
Anything sensitive goes to a human
Complaints, credit and legal questions, an angry buyer, or a question the model isn't confident about become a task with an email to a named person. When a salesperson takes over a thread, the AI pauses and resumes only when the buyer writes again — never on a timer alone.
Nothing that risks the dealer's Facebook account
No auto-posting, no auto-sending, no scraping, no scripts injected into Facebook's pages. Personal Messenger stays draft-only, permanently. Pages, Instagram and lead ads run on Meta's official APIs, inside the 24-hour window and its message tags — the channels where automation is actually allowed.
Things we will not do, even if asked
- No purchased lists. SoldIQ only messages people who contacted the dealership first, or who submitted the dealership's own form.
- No cold or bulk marketing blasts. The platform is built for conversations and appointment logistics, not campaigns.
- No selling or renting personal data. Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with anyone else for their marketing.
- No auto-sending on a personal Facebook profile. Dealers ask; the answer is always no. The account risk is theirs and it's existential.
Who it's for
Built for the shop with one great texter, not a fifty-person BDC.
- Powersports, marine, trailer, RV and independent used-car dealers.
- Most inquiries arrive on Facebook Marketplace or Messenger, and the rest by text.
- One to five people share the follow-up, and it's nobody's actual job title.
- Inventory lives in a spreadsheet or a DMS export, not a CRM anyone enjoys using.
- Your evenings and Sundays are currently part of the sales process.

We onboard one dealership at a time, with a person on the phone for the first week. Messenger drafting works the same week you start. Texting turns on once carrier registration clears, which takes one to three weeks and is not up to us.
Questions dealers actually ask
The four that come up every time.
Do you need my Facebook password?
No — never, and you shouldn't hand it to any vendor that asks. The extension runs inside your own browser, in the session you're already logged into. It only ever sees the text you deliberately highlight and right-click.
We don't hold a Facebook credential, we don't log in as you, and we don't read your inbox. There is nothing there for us to store.
Will this get my account banned?
No automation touches your personal account. No auto-posting, no auto-sending, no scraping, no scripts injected into Facebook's pages. On personal Messenger a human sends every reply — you read the draft, change what you want, and hit send yourself.
Pages, Instagram and lead ads are different: those run on Meta's official APIs, inside the 24-hour window and its message tags, which is where automated replies are actually permitted. One caution that isn't about us: posting automation is the most common ban cause in this market, so never run a posting bot on the profile that handles your conversations.
Is AI texting legal?
It is when it's built the way the rules are written. Consent is recorded per lead, with the evidence of what happened and when. Every outbound message passes one gate: consent on file, no opt-out, inside 9 am – 8 pm in the buyer's own time zone, under a daily cap, and written to an audit log. STOP is honored at the carrier and mirrored into our database in the same moment.
Numbers are registered with the carriers under the dealership's own business identity before a single message goes out — that's the one to three weeks nobody can shortcut. We're not lawyers and the dealership is the sender of record, but the platform is built so the compliant path is the only path.
I already use a Marketplace posting tool.
Good — keep it. Those tools post the listing. SoldIQ answers the people who reply to it. They're two halves of the same job, and almost everyone in this market only sells the first half.
